Ski-In/Ski-Out Access

The Resort Chair chairlift is a 2-3 minute walk from the Everline lodge entrance

By Bill Petrin

Everline Resort & Spa has genuine ski-in/ski-out access to Palisades Tahoe - the Resort Chair chairlift is a 2-3 minute walk from the main lodge entrance, and you can ski directly to the resort base at the end of the day with no car or shuttle required. Ski valet service is complimentary for guests with a valid lift ticket.

HOW IT WORKS

From Your Suite to the Lift

1

Collect Your Gear from Ski Valet

Walk to the ski valet stand at the Resort Base Area - about 2-3 minutes from the main lobby. Your skis, boots, and poles are stored, dried, and tagged from the prior evening.

2

Walk to the Resort Chair

The Resort Chair chairlift is directly adjacent to the valet stand. No car, no parking lot, no shuttle - you are at the lift in under 5 minutes from the lobby.

3

Ride the Resort Chair Up

The Resort Chair is a high-speed detachable quad that serves as the primary access lift for the Palisades Tahoe mountain terrain. It runs from resort opening to closing.

4

Ski and Ride All Day

The full Palisades Tahoe terrain is accessible - 6,000+ acres, 36 lifts, and a free gondola connection to Alpine Meadows. All on-mountain amenities (High Camp, restaurants) are included.

5

Ski Back to the Resort at Day's End

Follow signs for the resort return run (rated blue, intermediate) back to the Everline base. Hand off gear to ski valet and walk back to your suite.

LIFT ACCESS

Getting Your Lift Ticket

Ikon Pass

Palisades Tahoe is a full Ikon Pass partner. The full pass gives unlimited days; the base pass gives limited days. Best value for guests who ski multiple times per season.

Online Window Tickets

Purchase single-day and multi-day tickets in advance at palisadestahoe.com. Advance online rates are substantially lower than walk-up window rates.

Epic Pass

Palisades Tahoe is NOT a full Epic Pass partner - Epic Pass holders receive a limited number of days. Confirm the current allocation at epicpass.com before purchasing.

Walk-Up Window

Tickets are available at resort ticket windows. These carry the highest rates and involve lines during peak periods. Avoid if you can plan in advance.

FIRST-TIME GUEST TIPS

Tips for First-Time Guests

Book Rentals in Advance

Peak weekend rental lines run 30-60 minutes. Pre-booking at palisadestahoe.com cuts that to near zero. Especially important over Presidents' Day and Christmas.

Ski Valet Fills on Peak Weeks

Valet spots are limited and can fill on major holiday weekends. Confirm availability with the Everline concierge at check-in.

Ski the Return Run Early

The blue resort return run can be scraped by afternoon. For the best groomed conditions on the way back, plan to ski down before 3 PM.
