How do I book this suite?

Book directly through this website using the availability calendar and booking form on the Rates and Availability page. Direct booking is processed through Hostfully, a professional vacation rental management platform. You do not need an Airbnb account. You can also book on Airbnb or VRBO if you prefer, but booking direct saves you the platform service fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Zelle (preferred - zero fees for both parties), Venmo, ACH bank transfer, and credit card. Credit card payments include a 3% processing surcharge, which is disclosed at checkout. We do not accept personal checks or cash.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes. A refundable security deposit is required at booking. The exact amount depends on your stay length and is detailed during the reservation process.

Is there a platform fee when booking direct?

Accepted Answer

No. Booking directly through this site eliminates the Airbnb or VRBO service fee, which typically ranges from 14-16% of the reservation total. On a $1,500 stay, that is $210-$240 in savings. The nightly rate you see on this site is what you pay - nothing added at checkout beyond taxes and the cleaning fee.

What time is check-in?

Standard check-in is 4:00 PM. If the suite is unoccupied the night before your arrival, early check-in may be available - contact us in advance to ask. We cannot guarantee early check-in but will accommodate it whenever possible.

Standard check-out is 11:00 AM. Late check-out (until 2:00 PM) is sometimes available if there is no back-to-back booking. Contact us at least 24 hours in advance to request it.

How do I access the suite?

You check in at the front desk of the resort.  They will issue you a wireless keycard to access the room.  Everline is operated as a hotel and it is the same checkin system here as most hotels.

Is there parking at Everline Resort?

Yes. Everline Resort offers complimentary self-parking in the resort parking structure and surface lots. Valet parking is also available for a fee. Parking is not a concern - the resort has ample capacity even during peak ski weekends.

Can I arrange airport transportation?

Accepted Answer

Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) is 45 minutes from the resort. The Everline Resort concierge can arrange private car or shuttle service. Several independent shuttle companies also provide direct service between RNO and Olympic Valley, including North Lake Tahoe Express. Book in advance for peak travel dates.

Four guests. The bedroom has a king bed, and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa that provides comfortable sleeping for two additional guests.
